All international location orders may attract local duties applicable if any, in that country and the customer will have to pay locally in accordance with the law.
Ordered Product out of Stock:
Listed products out of stock usually do not permit sale. However if the order has been placed on an out of stock item, we will contact you within 2 working days to update you on its non-availability. We will refund your amount. Many items sold at Gangaa jal are seasonal and their availability is only for a short period of time just because we do not use chemicals & preservatives. Hence, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Order Cancellation Policy:
For orders cancelled before shipment is initiated, a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
For orders cancelled post shipment – shipping charge as per actual & a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted & balance amount will be refunded.
Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours except Sunday & National Holiday.
We offer free shipping on all paid orders in India.
We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) on all unpaid orders with a fixed charge of Rs. 177 per shipment in India except for any promotional offer that are run from time to time.
Cash on Delivery orders value Rs. 1300 and above qualify for free shipping in India
We offer free shipping on all paid international orders of value Rs. 7500 & above. Terms & Conditions apply.
Shipping agencies do not offer cash on delivery services for international locations.
Track Your Orders:
Once your order is shipped, we will email/sms you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your shipment. You can track your order shipping status online. In case you don’t receive our email, please check your spam folder or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In cases where product is returned to origin, if customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. COD Returned to Origin will not be reshipped.
In case shipments get untraceable / lost, in case of online orders, a new shipment will be initiated, but with a few days delay.
Orders to metro and two tier cities are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Orders to remote locations take about 5-7 working days.
For areas with no reputed courier services – products will be shipped through Indian Postal Services which may take 1-2 weeks’ time depending on the location.
COD Service Termination:
When a customer does not take the delivery of the ordered Cash on Delivery product and the product is returned to its origin destination, the customer can no further avail the COD services.
The customer can order the products but only through prepaid mode.
No refund shall be made once the goods are sold. Shipping cost will be charged to ship exchanged products.
Paid/Cash On Delivery order once delivered can only be returned if there is a problem with the product such as wrong product shipped, improper label etc. We will either exchange the product or refund the billed amount after speaking to the customer. Gangaa Jal is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery. If the parcel is not in proper condition – we suggest do not receive the parcel.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in actual packaging with the original receipt and tags intact and undamaged.
If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
Product purchased under clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges requests will be approved after the returned product is checked and approved by our team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your return request has been approved, it will take about 4-7 working days to complete the process.
Since it is our founding principle to say no to plastic and therefore we use glass bottles & jars. Our products are also packaged to provide sufficient ‘head space’ to minimize content leakage, sometimes resulting in cream/butter shifting & melting within the container during transit & delivery although quality remains very much intact.
Glass is prone to breakage so we suggest using the Gangaa Jal bottles and jars carefully.
